To request a refund, contact ZLJ Publishing at orders@zljpublishing.com and provide the email address used for your purchase and enough information for us to locate the transaction.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Once the duplicate transaction is verified, the duplicate charge may be refunded.
Our 30-day guarantee is intended to provide customers with a fair opportunity to evaluate their purchase. ZLJ Publishing reserves the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated or excessive refund requests, attempts to obtain multiple refunds for the same purchase, or other clear misuse of the guarantee.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after the 30-day period generally will not qualify for the money-back guarantee.
